Clinical Exercise Rehabilitation Programs
Our Exercise Rehabilitation programs are a personalised and goal-oriented form of exercise constructed and supervised by Physiotherapists. The core focus of this form of exercise is the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries by tailoring specific exercises following a detailed assessment by a Physiotherapist.
The individual exercise program targets problem areas and focuses on ensuring the best results while minimising the risk of injury. Our therapists use a combination of specialised Pilates equipment (reformer and trapeze table) in conjunction with gym ball, balance utilities and floor based exercises.
The combination of exercise equipment and techniques allows for more effective targeting of muscle problem areas and for building resistance into the rehab program.
Results include:
- Improved posture and muscle tone
- Greater flexibility and strength control
- Improved balance
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Treatment or prevention of injuries and spinal pain
- Improved sporting performance
